Our drinks are born from a fermentation process that lasts between 3 to 4 days to obtain a carbonated drink.
There are three types of fermentation processes which can be followed, such as: anaerobic, aerobic or mixed. Depending on the type of drink, we follow one or another process to obtain specific flavors.
Under the motto of preserving the nutrients and benefits obtained thanks to the fermentation of our beverages, we do not use any type of preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers, pasteurization processes, CO2 injection or any filtration. In this way, the drinks keep their benefits and characteristics until they are consumed.
It is expected that over time, 4 to 7 days after being opened, the drinks will acquire a fermented flavor similar to that of Ecuadorian Chicha. In addition, being a totally organic product, natural sedimentation of the ingredients is generated, so do not be scared if you see dust or sediment accumulated at the bottom inside the bottles, as they are our yeasts and bacteria that are still active. .
